Birje — Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 2026 · Applies to the Birje Chrome extension and the Birje game

The short version: Birje does not collect, store, transmit, sell, or share any personal data. There are no accounts, no analytics, no ads, and no servers. Everything happens on your device.

Information we collect

None. Birje does not collect personal information of any kind — no name, email, location, browsing history, device identifiers, or usage analytics.

Data stored on your device

Your game progress — high score, unlocked cosmetic skins, Sparkle Shards, sound preference, and daily-reward status — is saved locally using the browser's extension storage. If you are signed into Chrome, your best score may sync between your own browsers via Chrome's built-in storage.sync; this data goes only to your own Google-managed browser sync and is never visible to us. Uninstalling the extension removes this data.

Permissions we use

storage — to save your score, skins, and settings locally.
contextMenus — to add one right-click option ("Open Birje in a tab") on the extension's own icon.
The extension cannot read your tabs, history, bookmarks, or any website content.

Ads, tracking & third parties

Birje contains no advertising, no analytics or tracking SDKs, and makes no network requests. It works fully offline.

Children's privacy

Birje is family-friendly and suitable for all ages. Because it collects no data from anyone, it collects no data from children.

Changes

If a future version changes any of the above, this page and the extension's store declarations will be updated before that version is released.
